Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

Carriers, delivery times and shipping costs are currently as follows and are subject to change by Blotter Atelier.

→ Zone 1 : France

Carrier: La Poste "colissimo suivi"
Delivery price: FREE for any purchase from 150 €. If the amount of the purchase is lower, the shipping costs are 9,00 €.
Delivery time: delivery door to door, D + 1 to D + 4 *

→ Zone 2 : European countries

Carrier : UPS
Delivery rates: FREE for any purchase from 150 €. If the amount of the purchase is lower, the shipping costs are 15,00 €.
Delivery time: delivery door to door, D + 2 to D + 5 *

→ Zone 3 : International

Carrier : UPS
Delivery rates: FREE for any purchase from 150 €. If the amount of the purchase is lower, the shipping costs are 20,00 €.
Delivery time: delivery door to door, D + 4 to D + 8 *

Return and exchanges

Under what conditions can I return my order?

Returned Products must be intact, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed and packaged in the original packaging with the delivery invoice at the following address: Blotter Atelier, 70 rue Mazelle, 57000 Metz-France.

The returned Product will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from receipt by Blotter Atelier.

Can I cancel my order?

Rather than canceling his order within the scope of his right of withdrawal, the user may prefer to return the product (s) ordered or request an exchange if he is not satisfied with the color, size or of the model.

In this case, the User has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product (s) to return to Blotter Atelier.

What are the repayment conditions?

The returned Product will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from receipt by Blotter Atelier. The refund will be made via the payment method of the returned order. Thus, if the order of products has been settled by:

– credit card, and that the credit card is still valid, the refund will be made on the account attached to this credit card;
– Paypal, and that the Paypal account is still active, the refund will be made to this Paypal account.

If the Customer fails to comply with the return conditions, Blotter Atelier will not be able to refund the Products concerned.
